About me

When I turned 40, I joined a gym for the third time—but this time, I stuck with it for over four years. During that period, I tried my first boxing class. I thought it was fun, challenging, and something completely new, so I kept going.

Eventually, I met my coach, who taught both boxing and kickboxing. That led me to try kickboxing as well, and before long, I joined the dojo where she trains. From there, I began learning the other disciplines that make up the 4D Combat system.

These days, I train on average four days a week. But rather than letting this “new” passion take over all my time and energy, I’ve found it gradually intertwining with my other interests—my love of food, travel, drawing, and photography.

Food is no longer just about enjoyment; it fuels my training and supports my recovery. My travels are now often centred around training camps and retreats, and I make sure I have access to gym facilities wherever I stay. While photography captures movement and moments, drawing allows me to reflect on what I’ve learned, helping it stay with me while also giving me a way to unwind.

Train Eat Draw is my platform to share these practices, experiences, and thoughts—but more importantly, to explore the connections between them.

And I sincerely invite you to join me on this journey.
